Check out bikecalgary.orgCheck out bikecalgary.org, a site I started to promote cycling as transportation in Calgary. I've been doing some advocacy work with a group called the Bike Calgary group, and it seemed useful that we should have a website to promote some of our ideas, and to provide an on-line community for cycle commuters in the city. Most of my time and energy is going into that site these days.

Recently I came across a real-world safety article on an Australian cycling website. Anyone who rides on a city street should read this article. But since in Australia they drive on the left, all of the examples are a bit confusing for those of us in N. America. So, I was delighted to find a version of the article on a website in Austin, Texas.
